Frequently Asked Questions?

  • You may book your appointment on my website on the tab Makeup Service... From there please select select your day/time and when ask to go ahead and pay your deposit which will make your appointment complete. You will receive a Appointment Confirmation that will have my contact information on it if for any reason you need to call or text me. It will also have the directions with the code to get inside the door. If you do not see a time slot available may mean it has been booked already. You can still inquire directly with Donyale if necessary, at 832-647-2732.

  • I am currently located at Donyale Beauty Studio located at 2855 Mangum Rd Ste B209 Houston, Tx 77092.

  • Yes I do travel for groups of 3 or more in and out of state.

  • Yes, you may only bring ONE person to your appointment. The person will be having to seat in the designated area away from the artist. Please no filming of services.

  • If you are a no call/ no-show, you will NOT receive any refund of the deposit and will be charged 100% of the remaining balance with the card on file. If you are 15 minutes or later to your appointment with no notice to the artist of the late arrival, you are considered a no show and will be charged 100% of the remaining balance and the appointment will be canceled. If the client card declines or the client refuses to pay the fee, they will be blocked from any future bookings with Donyale Beauty Studio

  • No, the Deposits are non-refundable nor non-transferable.

  • We require a 72-hour notice to reschedule your appointment to qualify for a transfer of your paid deposit. To reschedule the appointment yourself, please refer back to your Appointment Confirmation where it has a rescheduling button. You may reschedule up to 30 days from the original appointment date if proper notice of 48 hours is provided. If you fail to provide proper notice for rescheduling, you forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay the full amount of the appointment and a new deposit for a new appointment date.

  • Please let the me know that you will not be on time for your appointment and possible ETA. Fee will apply if you are 10 or more minutes to your appointment. 10-14 minutes late: $20 will be applied to the balance. 15-20 minutes late: $30 will be applied to the balance. 20 minutes or more late: your appointment will be canceled. Our schedule is very tight, and we wish to serve our clients on time. Your deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable. Clients running late and have not contacted the artist is considered a no show and the appointment will be canceled and the remaining balance will be charged in FULL.
